Lodging Rates & Info

Daily:

• $200 per night plus 12% tax (two night minimum required)
• $300 security deposit (refundable)

Weekly:

• $900 per week plus 10% tax
• $300 security deposit within one week (refundable)
• $400 non-refundable deposit along with security deposit due within one week
• $500 due within two weeks of arrival

Security Deposit:

• Security Deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure

Cancellations:

• 30 day notice for full refunds (minus $100 cancellation fee) for weekly rentals

All rates and applicable fees are payable by credit card, personal check, certified check or money order.
